Meet Akhil.

Born in Kannur and now based in Kochi, Akhil grew up between two very different Keralas — the quieter, tradition-rich north of Malabar, and the busy commercial capital he now calls home. He began his career in 2013 after a short stint in finance, where he quickly realised his real interest wasn't spreadsheets but the stories behind the property transactions on them. Who was buying. Why now. What they were really looking for.

Twelve years later, that curiosity still shapes how he works. He takes on a limited number of clients at a time, handles every step personally, and refuses to list properties he hasn't walked through himself. Over the last five years he has also worked as a digital marketer for property brands — running listings, content and campaigns that actually convert.

That Kannur-to-Kochi lens is also what keeps his work geographically honest — he's as comfortable sourcing a heritage house in Thalassery as he is closing a Kakkanad apartment. Colonial homes in Fort Kochi, plantation land in Wayanad, retail in Thrissur, beachfront in Payyanur — each market has its own rhythm, and he knows them by name.

His client list today is almost entirely referrals: NRIs returning home, families upgrading, investors looking past the hype for fundamentals. When he's not showing a house, he's usually on the water — an early-morning kayaker on the Vembanad, a habit picked up from his father.

We don't list or recommend a property we haven't personally visited — ever. If it's not good enough for our own families, it's not going on the shortlist.

Price the truth.

We tell sellers what the market will actually pay, and buyers what a home is actually worth. Inflated asks waste everyone's time; lowballing burns trust.

Stay after the sale.

The registration day isn't the end. Akhil stays on call for paperwork, renovations, tenants, utilities — anything you need settling into a new place.
